Ordered keys which was promised to arrive within 3-5 business days. After 4 days haven't even received a shipping notification. Expensive compared to local key shop, so would not recommend.

I contacted the KeyMe office which gave my information to American Locksmith. He told me he would arrive in about an hour. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I canceled the job through the office, because I couldn't reach the locksmith directly. After another 1 1/2 hours the technician called me and was surprised that I didn't want to reschedule. Interesting that the KeyMe site has many positive reviews.

Do NOT use their key copying machines! The machine uses thin aluminum blanks and you get a key that bends or breaks very easily. The first time I had to use it, the lock was a bit balky. The key bent and twisted off. Incredibly cheap material.

Quoted me a price of 125 and said there'd be credit card fee, yeah 5.00 charged me 197 for ten minutes work.

Purchased ke that was made in program in front of Of my house costing $250 on 3/25/23... Buttons on keyfob no longer working about two weeks later... KeyMe and technician claim it's the car causing the problem while a local reputable locksmith and Ford themselves indicating that since the key is not an OEM key it is going to be the key sending wrong signals to the car

In order for me to get the result they require me to go to ford get a diagnostic just to prove that the key is the problem

Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a complete and utter lie as they will not do anything until I pay for money out of pocket to fix the key. Or refund it

Likely going to be going to court with them about this as it's probably worth about a $1000 with all the things. I think they rightfully are wrong me in this problem with their key not being corrected by their own service technician!!!!

I would highly recommend Not to do business with this company for any reason whatsoever since they can't warranty their own products inside the 1st 30 days and will not service the. Customer as a company that is reputable should!

Absolutely beyond terrible. Me and my boyfriend got locked out of the house for the first time ever in our lives so we have to call a locksmith. We have no idea who to use so we call KeyMe in Hoover, Alabama. The process started well and after asking, we were told we would pay a certain amount. Price was very reasonable so we decide to go ahead and get someone out. I get a call from the first locksmith who tells me he will be there in 40 minutes. I then get 2 more phone calls from other locksmiths but I tell them no thank you, someone is already coming. An hour and a half later he gets it fixed and then we are charged $80 more dollars than the original prices. A scam. Don't trust them. The man blatantly lied about how much it would cost and then accused me of denying the phone calls I had received earlier.

I had them come out to program a new ignition switch I was putting in my van. The kid they sent out made a new key and fob and programmed it. He said the old one was working as well. They charged $300 which I thought was ridiculous in the first place but I needed it done and was just wanting it done. I gave him the $300 cash and then tried the old key fob and it didn’t work. Then he took it and tried to get it to work and couldn’t. He ended up getting some batteries out and asking me if I elytra to get it to work cause he had to go to another job and if I couldn’t get it to work he would come back that night or the next morning. I couldn’t believe he even asked me to work on it. Needless to say I never heard back from him. I talked to several people from the locksmith service and none of them did anything. Unfortunately they do not tell you that you will have to wait a week before you get your key (when you can get one immediately made at Home Depot and for $10 less). Never again.
