I’ve been using this key every day for a few months now, and it’s still holding up really well. It hasn’t bent or weakened at all, which is great. I do wish the instructions had been a bit clearer at the beginning, but the key itself has been solid.

I really wanted the key.me app to be convenient, but it just didn’t feel right at all. It kept freezing, my order wouldn’t load properly, and after trying a few times I was just over it. I don’t know, the whole thing was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. At that point, going somewhere in person would’ve felt easier

I tried using key.me, and maybe I just picked a bad time or I was already in a rush, but the payment kept failing right at the end. I know my card wasn’t the issue because I used it somewhere else right after with no problem. Then I noticed a pending charge anyway, which just made the whole thing more stressful. Support took longer than I expected, and in the end I still had to start everything over. Maybe I’m not the most patient when checkout issues happen, but it really didn’t feel worth the hassle.

I used the KeyMe kiosk at my local store, and overall, it worked well. It took a minute for the machine to read my key, but it didn’t freeze, or give me any issues. When I got home, the new key worked just fine. I’m giving it 4 stars because the screen was a little slow, and the price felt kind of high, but it did what I needed it to do

I had a tough time placing my order. The process was kind of confusing and took way longer than I expected. Maybe their system was glitching or they hadn’t updated the site properly, I’m not sure, but it definitely didn’t feel very smooth.

At first I thought maybe the tracking was just slow to update, but no, the delivery date kept changing and it ended up arriving way later than what was shown when I placed the order. By the time it got here, it was basically useless since I needed it that same week. I tried reaching out to customer support and they were... well, I guess they responded, but they didn’t really do anything helpful. Overall, not something I’d want to deal with again

The KeyMe looks good overall, but the design came out a little off from what I expected. It’s close enough that I’ll probably keep it, but I’m not thrilled. I’m also not too eager to deal with customer service over it since that usually turns into more hassle than help.

Umm, it’s actually handy having my key saved like this. I was able to make a new one really quickly, though I do wish the app was a little clearer to use.

It copied my apartment fob just fine. It took two tries, but that’s not a big deal, sometimes these things just need a second go. Worked like it should

I used KeyMeMe to make a copy of my KeyMe, and I wish I hadn’t. The new KeyMe didn’t work properly in my lock and ended up getting stuck. I had to struggle with it for a while just to get it back out, and now the lock feels rough when I use my normal KeyMe. There are also scratches around the door from trying to deal with it. I’m annoyed because I went in thinking it would be quick and simple, but now I feel like I got fooled into paying for something that caused more problems than it solved. I’m worried it may have actually damaged the lock, so I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

I used KeyMe for a replacement vehicle key and just trusted my instinct on giving it a try. The programming took a little longer than I thought it would, but it worked out in the end. The key starts my car fine and the remote buttons all do what they’re supposed to. Price felt reasonable too. Not a totally perfect process, but overall I’m happy with it
